Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The following is made in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied. The seller is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage, direct on consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use for his/her intended use and use assumes all risks and liability whatsoever in the use of the product. Seller makes no recommendations, express or implied, on any products sold. The seller assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever in the use of the product. Recommendation pertaining to specific products within all printed material and web/media presences are strictly gathered as "Hear say" and users shall do their own diligence. The foregoing may not be changed in any way whatsoever. 

GUARANTEED SALE PROGRAM

We guarantee live delivery of our beneficial insects and viability throughout its listed shelf life. Please know that Retail packaged items can be stored in a cooler or refrigerated unit for a limited period of time. Check our price list for shelf life. 

All items identified on our current price list as "Guaranteed Sale" come with our guarantee that you will sell the product within it's specific shelf-life, or you can return the package barcode for a credit that will be applied to a future order. There is no cash value or credit card refunds for "Guaranteed Sale" item returns. Please only order what you can realistically sell. 

ORDER DEADLINES

We do not ship on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or any major holidays.

Monday-Thursday: Orders received by 12:00pm PST will be processed to ship out the same day, time and harvest permitting. Orders received after 12:00pm will ship out as time permits either the same day, or the following business day. 

Wednesday, 12:00pm PST: Last day to ship 2-Day Ground for delivery by Friday. 

Thursday, 12:00pm PST: Last day to ship Next Day for delivery Friday. 

BACK ORDERS

Due to the nature of our products, our inventory changes on a daily, and even hourly basis. While we strive to fill and ship orders immediately and completely, there may be times we will need to hold the full order to ship as soon as possible. or split the order in multiple shipments. For split orders, we do not charge any additional shipping to the original agreed upon shipping cost. 

CLAIMS, SHORTAGES & GUARANTEE SALE RETURNS

Please notify us within 24 hours upon receival of live product for quality claims or shortages. No purchased items shall be returned without prior approval. Contact our office for a return authorization Number. 
All items identified on our current price list as "Retail Items" come with a guaranteed sale. Labels and/or UPC codes must be returned to us for credit. Credits will be applied toward future Tip Top orders. There is no cash value for guaranteed sale product returns. 

PAYMENT

Payment is accepted online and over the phone with debit cards and all major credit cards, and must be processed and cleared before the order is packed and shipped. We do not ship COD. Payment terms are available upon approval. Credit approval is granted after thorough review. 

PACKAGING

Our products are packaged with sustainability in mind. All Products are shipped in ventilated or insulated boxes. 

DEALER SUPPORT & MARKETING AIDS

We have a variety of Dealer Support and Marketing Aids in the form of custom catalogs, informational handouts, posters, banners, and Bug Cooler graphics. Please call for information and availability. 

CUSTOMER DIRECT SHIPPING

If your customer needs a product that you do not normally carry in your store, we offer Drop-Ship and Mail Back Card services for the product to be delivered directly to your customer. 

SPECIAL ORDERS

Any special order items cannot be canceled or returned.
